Thought to be either a Jack Russell Terrier, a Beagle, or a Beagle mix, Kipper is also said not to be of the selfish variety of canine character, but he is considered a hoarder of sorts. Kipper is a kind and loving canine, who is described as warm-hearted and often more curious than necessary.
